Owner and principal physiotherapist with 20+ years across health, fitness and medicine. Blending a background in dance and choreography with physiotherapy, Liz created Core-Fit — caring for everyone from post-operative patients to Olympic athletes and professional dancers.

An exercise physiologist with a Masters in Exercise & Sports Science and a deep background in Pilates, dance and physical education. One of the first in the Australian fitness industry to teach Pilates, Katharine has since developed her own Pilates training course.
